Chelo, is it me your looking for?

Kebab is a broad term that covers a wide variety of grilled meat dishes. Most often, kebab is made from mutton or lamb but other recipes also include beef, chicken, and even seafood. Many cuisines have their own versions of kebab; for instance, the Indians have tandoori and the Greeks souvlaki. Traditionally, kebabs are skewered – often with fruits or vegetables – and cooked over a fire or grill.
