General’s Lechon – Makati & Taguig

Want something different? Then try out General Lechon’s Negros-style lechon which is infused with ingredients like garlic, lemongrass, and other spices. Aside from those, you can also get their classic lechon in three different flavors: garlic, curry, and chili.

Note: To add flavor add the following: ₱500 for garlic, ₱600 for chili garlic, and ₱600 for curry.

Elar’s Lechon – Banawe

A brand that’s been around and has become one of the go-to lechon joints in Metro Manila, Elar’s Lechon serves up a Manila-type lechon that’s said to not only have less cholesterol but also has a freshness to it which results in crunchy skin and filling meat.

Fun fact: Elar's prides itself on the fact that it has served several presidential banquets at the Malacanang Palace.

Mila’s Lechon – multiple branches

With it’s main branch located along the lechon capital of Manila – La Loma – Mila’s is a lechon joint that offers up a variety of lechons: regular plain lechon, Lechon Visayas, Cebu Lechon, and Lechon Paella, all of which have thin and crunchy skin that’s definitely one to beat!
