Choose wisely!

Picture this: It’s 4 AM. In a few hours, you’re going to present crucial data to your boss but you’re fatigued from fixing your presentation the night before. Or imagine this: It’s 4 PM and you’re practically falling out of your chair ’cause you’re already drained from all the work you’ve done for the day.

Obviously, you’re in a slump and need to get out of it ASAP! How? With a cup of caffeine-filled goodness of course!

Now, though we believe in saying “to each his own”, there’s no harm in knowing which drink to go for especially when desperate times call for desperate measures.

So, that begs the question: Which of the two popular drinks should you reach for when you need more caffeine?

Coffee or Tea?

According to a study conducted by the Centre for Food Safe and Consumer Council from Hong Kong, who sampled 80 drinks consisting of a variation of coffee and milk tea – generally, they found that regular coffee has the most amount of caffeine per serving. This is then followed by local cafe style milk tea then Taiwanese style milk tea.

That answers it then, if you need more caffeine, go straight for the coffee!

Note: Too much of caffeine is bad for your health too. So, it's best that you limit your caffeine intake to what's recommended: 400 mg a day.
