Your chance to meet the chefs of the world’s best restaurants!

The culinary scene in the Philippines has undoubtedly taken flight. From innovative homegrown concepts to local chefs gaining global acclaim, there is much about Philippine gastronomy to be proud of. Today, many platforms work to put the world of gastronomy in the spotlight—but no stage in Asia is quite as big as Madrid Fusion.

Madrid Fusion Manila

Madrid Fusion is the biggest culinary gathering of the world’s most widely acclaimed chefs. Launched in Madrid, Spain in 2003, the gastronomic event was first “franchised” to be hosted in Asia in 2015—here in Manila.

Now on its third year, Madrid Fusion Manila (MFM) is bigger and better than ever with the theme: “Towards a sustained gastronomic planet”.

The event features 3 major components, namely the International Gastronomy Congress, Fusion Manila International Gastronomy Expo, and Flavors of the Philippines.
