Vizco makin’ us go “SKSKSKS N I OOP- N I OOP-“
A trip to the The City of Pines unfailingly calls for cool weather, warm tsokolate, and a taste of Vizco’s famous strawberry shortcake. Located along the famous Session Road, Vizco’s has made its legacy as one of Baguio’s dessert destinations. And although Baguio, many Metro Manila dwellers, has an air of magic and enchantment, the traffic in Manila does not.
Fortunately, Baguio’s best Strawberry Shortcake is coming to a particular café in Metro Manila and we’re pretty much going to cry of happiness.
Vizco’s Restaurant and Cake Shop – Session Road
Home of the Best Strawberry Cake in Baguio, Vizco’s Restaurant and Cake Shop is a delicious stop-over for Italian dishes and freshly-made cakes— the crowd favorite being Vizco’s Strawberry Shortcake topped with fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and a special glaze.
If you don’t have a Baguio trip planned any time soon, Café Amazon in McKinley BGC’s Venice Piazza will be serving the famous strawberry shortcake at their store. Vizco’s Strawberry Shortcake will not be a permanent menu item at Café Amazon, so it’s best to call the branch beforehand to find out the cake’s availability that day.
So, VIZCO girls, what are you waiting for? Make those calls and find out whether Café Amazon has your favorite strawberry shortcake. For more updates on Café Amazon, check out their Instagram account.
