The Beef – Century City Mall

The Beef is one of the 11 concept restaurants that opened in Hole-in-the-Wall food hall in Century City Mall. After much anticipation (being last to launch), finally it has opened its windows to the public serving no frills classic burgers made with USDA ground beef in soft brioche bun with vegetables, cheddar cheese and a secret sauce. As they say it, if ‘the hamburger ain’t broken, don’t fix it.’

ABV Cocktail and Absinthe Bar – Jupiter St.

ABV or Alcohol by Volume is an underground speakeasy-style bar that’s reminiscent of the secret lounges of the 1920’s. They serve classic and signature craft cocktails using local and imported, century-old and other premium alcohol. It is located behind the large wooden door inside new burger joint Lazy Bastard. P.S. When someone asks for a password, answer with ‘A glass of giggle water, please.’

Brad & Pit’s is a barbecue restaurant specializing in ribs. The name is surely a scheme to catch anyone’s attention. It is one of Marikina’s newest joints to offer ribs, wings, sandwiches and other American comfort food.
