Minimalist coffee shops have recently been our go-to whenever we want to hang out and just enjoy some good cup of joe. With its simple interior, complementary furnitures, and a pot of plants or two, drinking a hot cup of coffee has always been a bliss in these kinds of coffee shops.

Now, one of the most popular minimalist coffee shops is coming to the Philippines — we’re talking about Omotesando Koffee!

Omotesando Koffee is a minimalist coffee shop hailing all the way from Tokyo, Japan. They started back in 2011 as a one-year, limited-time shop in Tokyo. For those of you who are not aware, Omotesando is located around Shibuya. It is an area known for housing a plethora of cafes in the capital city.

Ten years later, Omotesando Koffee now has branches worldwide in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, London, and soon in Manila, Philippines.

Omotesando Koffee is slated for opening sometime around August this year and will be located at the Power Plant Mall in Makati City.

After their primary Manila branch, two more Omotesando Koffee Philippine branches will follow.
