South American spices on steaks, ribs, and more! *Restaurant is permanently closed*

Argentenian, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines–though foreign to the Filipino palate–have certainly begun to pick up some hype within the Metro. Different cities have been sprouting with hidden gems offering these exotic flavors, but only few of which do it quite like Pampas.

Located in Uptown Parade, BGC, Pampas is an upscale, full-service restaurant & wine bar. With a modern colonial-inspired ambiance, it serves South American-inspired food and wine in a straightforward, no-nonsense way.

Fun Fact: 'Pampas' is a region in South America, which is the heart of its history and culture.

The 80-seater restaurant boasts of rather fancy and intimate interiors, perfect for after-work hangouts with your friends and family, or even for special dates. Diners with huge appetites will love their perfectly grilled steaks, ribs, and more. Hazel Valdez, Pampas’ Marketing Manager, says that it is the restaurant’s aim “to introduce South American cuisine in a way that’s more familiar and acceptable to the Filipino palate”.

For starters, there’s no better way to get into this exotic cuisine than with their Appetizer Trolley.
