They’ve gochu a new shack gang.
Anything Korean has been all the kraze the last couple of years. We Filipinos love our K-pop, K-dramas, K-idols, and last but not the least, our K-food. From the classic kimchi to the crowd-favorite street food Korean corndogs, we’re definitely not one to miss out on the latest Korean food trends. At this point, the Korean pop-culture fever has become so widespread that it’s turned into a full-blown pandemic.

To fuel our undying love for anything Korean even further, Shake Shack, one of the leading purveyors of burgers, fries, hotdogs, and milkshakes has recently announced the debut of their new Korean-inspired menu.
The Korean-inspired menu includes four items:
Gochujang Fried Chick’n Sandwich: crispy glazed chicken breast with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce with white kimchi slaw, and topped with toasted sesame seeds for ₱275.
Gochujang Chick’n Bites: crispy, whole white meat chicken bites coated in a sweet and spicy gochujang mayo sauce which sells for ₱215 for 6 pieces and ₱265 for 10 pieces.
Gochujang Fries: their famous crispy crinkle-cut fries with gochujang mayo sauce for ₱205.
Black Sugar Shake: toasty-caramel black sugar-flavored shake hand-spun with vanilla frozen custard, topped with whipped cream and black sugar syrup for ₱210.
The new shack gang will be available from today, September 27 onwards for a limited time only. To get your hands on these latest additions, you can place an order via GrabFood or Food Panda. Now, aren’t these the best snacks to binge your favorite k-drama to?
