Ten Ren Tea is one of the leading international retailer and manufacturer of specialty teas. They have over 2,000 retail locations across North America, Australia, Canada and Asia (Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan). The milk tea enthusiasts are in for another treat as Ten Ren opens its first branch in Greenhills.
While Ten Ren has thousands of retail stores selling their top shelf teas, their Cha For Tea milk tea cafes only have about a hundred branches worldwide.
Ten Ren serves a full list of specialty tea-based beverages that are made-to-order using only natural ingredients and whole leaf teas–they have original teas, hot and iced milk tea, lattes, fruit tea drinks, and even slushies. The more popular flavors include the 913 King’s Oolong Tea, Taro Green Milk Tea, and their Green Tea Mango Slush.
Some branches in different countries may serve different flavors but rest assured, all their products are free from preservatives. P.S. Their taro flavored drinks are made with real taro bits.
Fun Fact: Their tapioca balls are freshly cooked inside their stores every day so you can always expect quality and consistency in every order.
Aside from their wide selection of high teas, Ten Ren also sells a variety of tea cup sets, a great gift idea for your tea-obsessed friends.
Ten Ren takes pride in being the leading manufacturer and distributor of tea, which attributes to their high priced tea leaves. Take note: one of their canisters can set you back about P10,000! (Yes, you read that right!) The reason behind this is the complex fermenting and aging process. Think of it as your vintage wine…only in tea form.
