Personalized dishes from a variety of continental cuisines, classic, contemporary, and even experimental are prepared with a gourmet touch from the hands of the French-American chef.

As of date, the menu is Mexican, serving up classic North American fiesta plates.

Blackboard’s designer tacos are served on tortillas that don’t easily break upon eating. The fillings are a balance of true Mexican flavors between spicy, sweet, and meaty. Choose from the following: pulled BBQ chicken, pulled poke, blackened fish, salmon or beef.

The burritos are a more filling option and is served with a handful of nachos and salsa with your choice of ground beef, pulled chicken, or green chili pork.

The nachos can be ordered as an appetizer or a snack, and is definitely good for sharing.

Their quesadilla resembles a soft-shelled taco generously stuffed with the meat of your choice, salsa, and cheese.

Whatever the menu is, Blackboard is sure to offer something personal from the chef himself while making it a personalized experience to the diners.

Insider tip: Chef Michel can customize the dish on the menu for diners as long as the ingredients are available in the kitchen. 

Freshness is always ensured when it comes to meat and seafood as these ingredients are bought daily. Because ingredients are not bought in bulk, there is very little wastage that happens in the kitchen.
