IBA Pilates has been around for more than 20 years, and is a full-service studio that teaches Romana’s Pilates. Romana’s Pilates was founded by ballerina Romana Kryzanowska, who integrated her ballet training with True Pilates, resulting in repetitive exercises that trains the body to be more supple and graceful. IBA Pilates was awarded Pilates Studio of the Year by Fitness Best Powerhouse in 2017.
