Gentle exercises for the perfect, balanced body!
We decided over at Booky that it’s high time to go beyond food and give you more. There’s so much to do and discover and we’re opening up Metro Manila to help you find your flavor starting with fitness and beauty. The new and improved Booky is stronger and cuter than ever.
Dreaming of a strong body that’s not bulky? Pilates is your answer. Pilates trains your body to gain strength and flexibility through efficient and connected movements. Unlike traditional training, Pilates improves muscle elasticity, making the fibers more durable and the joints more mobile, thus rendering the body to be less prone to injury.
Booky used to be just about food, but we’re getting leaner in the best way! We’re now reaching out to the world of fitness and what better way to start that than by mindful movements and elongating stretches? Here’s our list of the top Pilates studios in Metro Manila.
