Make your way down south and drop the anchor in Alabang‘s modern dampa known as Market Basket. Forget the typical wet market that you’re probably imagining now, Market Basket is a modern dampa and paluto that will serve up dishes that look like they came from a 5-star kitchen. Our insider tip: the chefs can whip up dishes off menu, as long as they have the ingredients for it.

As the restaurant name implies, a part of their menu is singularly devoted to its label. Their grilled cheese sandwich offerings include the The Classic Melt and Mushroom Parma Cheese Toast. It’s for all the cheese fans out there who mean business. It’s not for the haters who don’t know what their missing #sorrynotsorry.
