Bringing the highland fave right in the heart of the city.

Traveling to Baguio may be a faraway dream right now given that the City of Pines has shifted back to General Community Quarantine. However, don’t fret, as our dreams of cooler weather and amazing treats from this city can be found in the metro.

Old Baguio Cafe in V. Luna, Quezon City offers fresh treats from Vizco’s including their famous Strawberry Shortcake for us city dwellers who can’t visit the highlands just yet.

According to their Facebook page, Old Baguio Cafe aims “to serve the Metro Community with only the best of the Highlands while staying true to our core advocacy of sustainable livelihood to our coffee farmers and promote local produce – focusing on empowerment, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility.”

For Valentine’s Day, however, the cafe is offering Vizco’s heart-shaped Strawberry Shortcake for P800 for the 6″ and P999 for the 8″.

They’re also offering a limited edition of Vizco’s Strawberry French Macaron Cake which is made with silky French buttercream filling, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries with sparkling edible gold, which you can pre-order or reserve this beauty until February 15th. So, make sure to call Old Baguio Cafe – ASAP!
