Of modern fixtures and sophisticated design, this is far from your typical Japanese restaurant experience. Everything from exterior to interior – the glass walls, the furnitures, the ceiling, and even the lighting – all highly speaks of class and elegance.

Another thing that you will notice as you enter the restaurant are these pod-like seats designed by Ann Pamintuan, that fits perfectly well with the restaurant’s motif and also serves as a more intimate private dining area – perfect for romantic dates.

Tip: These seats are limited so it's better to call in advance for reservations.

Helmed by the new executive Chef Nobuyoshi Onishii, former Sushi Master from the renowned Midori Sushi in Japan, Wafu seeks to redefine Japanese cuisine with its innovative take on classic and modern dishes. Just recently, Wafu celebrated its 4th anniversary wherein they introduced new items to their menu. According to them, some of their ingredients are air-flown all the way from Japan, to provide the freshest and most authentic Japanese taste and dining experience.

Without further ado, we now present to you some of their most highly recommended dishes.
