Introducing Yabu’s Katsu Baos, a hearty snack enveloped in between soft white buns. It comes in three variants — chicken, ebi, and menchi — with each bao branded with the classic Yabu logo.

The Chicken Katsu Bao presents your favorite Yabu katsu and pairs it well with pickled cucumbers, Japanese mayonnaise, onion jam, and Yabu’s karashi tonkatsu sauce all in one bite-sized bao.
Meanwhile, the Ebi Katsu Bao is for all shrimp lovers. It comes with takanasuke, spicy aioli, and onion jam.
Lastly, the Menchi Katsu Bao is just bursting with flavors with its deep fried cheesy meat patty, pickled cucumbers, karashi tonkatsu sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, and onion jam.
Each Katsu Bao is priced at ₱125 but if you buy their on-the-go box, you can taste all for ₱299! Yabu’s Katsu Baos are available for dine in, pick-up and takeout across all their stores.
