Yin Yang Express is a quick service Chinese restaurant located in the up and coming San Lorenzo Place. It’s a no frills on-the-go restaurant with classic Chinese favorites and some slightly less familiar eats as well.

The restaurant itself features one wall that separates the dining area from the kitchen. It’s a primarily open space restaurant that pairs seamlessly with their quick service and on-the-go eaters (there are a lot of office buildings in the area).
The brainchild of a young culinary arts couple, Yin Yang Express was originally meant to be a Filipino restaurant. However, looking at the area where they were setting up and the current food offerings, there were not a lot of Chinese restaurants so they saw an opportunity.
Fun Fact: The owners have complementing yin and yang tattoos. Partners in life and work!

Yin Yang Express has kept things fairly simple menu-wise but there’s a lot to be tried with their flavors that have just the right amount of Filipino flare.
