How do I book a table and get up to P500 off?
- Find a Prime partner restaurant on the app or website
- Pick a seating time and discount (different seating times have different discounts)
- Pick your table size
- Send your booking request
- Receive confirmation via SMS and email with your booking details
- Go to restaurant and say you booked using Booky. The discount will be applied to your bill
What's the fine print?
- The discounts range from P100-P500
- The discount is only applied if the table bill reaches P1000 excluding service charge
- The discount cannot be applied on top of other promos, freebies or SC or PWD benefits
- Only one discount is applied per party
- Discounts are not given on Mother's day, Father's day, Valentine's day, Easter, Christmas and other regular holidays
- Half of party must arrive within 15 mins of the booked time for discount to be valid
- Separate booking parties cannot request to be seated together to combine discounts
Do I have to print anything to claim my discount?
No, just tell them that you booked a table using Booky upon arrival to avoid any confusion at the restaurant.
What times can I book a table?
You can book a table up to 30 mins before a seating time (but this may vary depending on the restaurant) and up to 2 weeks into the future.
How do I change my booking time/details?
You can call the restaurant directly for any changes. The confirmed details will be strictly followed unless coordinated with the restaurant.
How do I cancel my table?
You should reply to Booky via SMS (the same number that sent you the booking confirmation) with keyword ‘CANCELTABLE’.
Are SMS messages free?
Yes, all texts to and from Booky are free of charge.
Can I make more than 1 table booking via SMS?
No, you cannot. If you already made a booking, you cannot make another until this booking has been completed or you cancel this booking.
Is there a FREE TRIAL?
Yes, when you sign up you will be given a free trial that you can use to enjoy all the member benefits including restaurant discounts and Buy 1 Get 1 coupons. Just download the app to try it all for free.
When does the free trial expire?
The free trial lets you enjoy all member benefits but is limited to P1000 of savings. The savings value of the discounts and Buy 1 Get 1 items will add up as you claim them and you will be alerted when the P1000 limit has been reached. You can track how much you’ve saved by clicking on the ME tab inside the app.
My free trial expired, what now?
To enjoy unlimited table bookings with discounts and monthly Buy 1 Take 1 coupons, you must subscribe to BOOKY PRIME for P199 per month. Click 'Subscribe' in the side menu or click here. Enter the credit card details you want to be billed on.
I’m a BOOKY PRIME member, can I book a table and get discount every day?
YES, as a member, your table bookings are unlimited.
How do I change my credit card details?
You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When I subscribe, how will I be charged?
The credit card you subscribed with will be charged at the start of the monthly billing cycle for P199 per month or at the stated price. This will be auto-billed every month unless you cancel your subscription. You will not be notified of upcoming monthly billings.
What if my payment fails?
If this happens for any reason, your subscription will be expired and all benefits removed after 7 days if payment still isn’t resolved. Your subscription will be reactivated when your credit card or payment method is successfully processed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can email us at email@example.com. Please also indicate the mobile number you signed up with.
How does cancellation work?
When you cancel your subscription you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
Why have the member benefits changed?
At any time our restaurant partners may suspend, remove or change their discount or Buy 1 Get 1 offers at any time. You will not be eligible for a refund or any compensation in these circumstances.
