Guatemala Pulcal Carmona
From the ever-popular Antigua region of Guatemala, the Pulcal Carmona comes to Lamill from the Aguirre farm, family owned for generations. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere
The highly praised Kochere is back! A fully washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, the Kochere is grown at 1,800-2000m above sea level, resulting in a beautifully balanced coffee. There are florals in the initial aromatic, a gentle and subtle acidity in the cup, with notes of honey, vanilla cream, and candy sweetness. The coffee is perfect for the summer and also works fabulously well as an iced coffee or cold processed coffee.
Ethiopia Harewa Gatira Limu Kossa
From the Jimma region in Western Ethiopia, the Haera Gatira Limu Kossa is a coffee deserving of such name. From the Canton Illimani Estate of Bolivia, one of the original 30 estates founded in 1968, this coffee lot is extremely small and limited. This coffee has notes of ripe plumbs, sweet red apples, and finished with layers of cranberry.
Brazil Samambaia Peaberry
They are proud to be able to offer the Brazil Samambaia Peaberry from the San Antonio Estate. This pulped natural process yellow bourbon peaberry is fantastic. A stellar cup with lively, clear acidity and a medium-full body, the coffee tantalizes with flavors and fragrances of almond, cherry, caramel, pistachio and hints of spice. This coffee sweetens as it cools.
