Vouchers are the newest addition to the Booky family! You can pre-purchase Booky offers through our website and claim at our partner stores anytime without a Booky Prime Membership.
You can view and purchase all available vouchers here.After choosing a voucher, log into your account (or create one if you don’t have one yet), input your payment details, wait for confirmation - and you’re good to go!
Sure, you can. You just need to create an account for free! Whether you’re on free trial or a Prime subscription, you can purchase vouchers through our website. (Booky hack: Enjoy lower prices as a Booky Prime member versus non-members.)
You can buy multiple vouchers across different brands as long as they’re available on the website. The number of times you can purchase a voucher will depend on the merchant’s rules.
Paid vouchers are redeemable at participating branches only until 45 days after purchase. You can see the remaining days you have left for each voucher on your app. Just click the ME tab and you'll see your VOUCHERS section.
We currently accept debit/credit cards with MasterCard and Visa. We’ll be launching more payment methods soon!
You may view all the vouchers you’ve purchased through the Booky website or your app! If you’ve purchased one recently, simply go to your app, click the “ME” tab, and see all your available vouchers.
Once you’re at the branch, let the merchant staff know that you’ll be claiming a Booky voucher. Scan directly from your Booky app, click on the offer, and present it to the staff. Enjoy!
You may redeem an offer as soon as you’ve purchased it! View them on your app by going to your “ME” tab.
Yes, you will only be able to redeem your voucher if you're online.
You can use multiple vouchers across different brands all in one day.
In case the product is unavailable at the time you visited the branch, don’t worry! You can still claim it anytime within the 45-day period. Please let us know if you encounter this so we can get in touch with the branch and make the necessary adjustments on the app. If the voucher has been marked “CLAIMED” and you weren’t able to redeem your voucher, our support team can assist you here.
Vouchers are non-refundable. For concerns regarding disputes of paid vouchers, you may email us at prime@booky.ph or chat with us here.
Vouchers are non-transferable. Only the account holder will be able to redeem the voucher at the store by scanning from the same Booky account.
